Summary of Contribution

An unorthodox submission to my list of projects, I decided to construct a narrative based on my favourite games at the time. This resulted in my desire to practise my 3D Modelling abilities, utilising Maya to create, model, and animate, and ZBrush to sculpt more complex organic details. During this time, and a desire to expand my abilities, I decided to push myself even further and create a finished scene, going outside and taking numerous photos for references, editing them in Photoshop to create realistic high-definition textures assisting to perfect perspective and feel.

I believe game development is a team-based industry, and one might not be required to be excellent at every aspect, but I think understanding how an Engine works, to what makes an aesthetically pleasing scene composition, are all vital skills a good Designer should aim to have.
