Summary of Contribution
Over the winter break, I've been looking for new games that can steal my interest over the holidays, and I was feeling... piratey.
After picking up Sea of Thieves I was instantly hooked, and I decided what better way to show my passion for a game and improve my abilities at the same time
than to do what I do best, design, develop, and create. Just a disclaimer, this is going to remain a prototype, I just wanted to work on an idea stuck in my head to see if
it would work, and it turned out polished enough that I decided to post it here.
The project did, however, take slightly longer than I anticipated, and there were some speed-bumps along the way. I utilised some shortcuts from my prior work to create the final product, and it's rough around the edges, but am still immensely proud of what I managed to accomplish including the Pathfinding, Assets and Audio, and given more time, am confident I could turn this prototype into a polished and enjoyable experience.
